The Mar Lee boys cross country team captured its first ever first-place team finish in a meet in Homer on September 10th. Nine teams competed from as far away as St. Joseph, MI.The cool rainy weather was exactly what the Bearcats wanted, and they moved away fast through the 1.5 mile course to capture 2nd place (Joe MacInnes @ 9:37), 4th place (Ben Turner @ 9:48), 15th (Dontay Pearl @ 11:14.7), 16th (Bobby Owens @ 11:15), 22nd (Austin Teal @ 11:37), 29th (Nathan Karaba @ 13:03), and 38th (Josh Isham @ 15:40).
